Sketching Through EuropeThe Little Brown Book
Two years ago I purchased a little brown book while traveling through Seattle. It wasn't special per say, but I wanted to save it for something special. That's what gave me the idea to throw it in my suitcase just in case. Turns out my little $10 Urban Outfitters purchase became one of my favorite pieces while abroad. All it took was a month and a little encouragement and next thing I knew I was sketching FOR FUN. And isn't it beautiful! Additional Fun
It didn't help that the four classes we had all semester for our graphics class happened to entail us traveling through Europe. Note some sketches from Belval, Trier, Differdange, and even as far as Amsterdam. |
The postcard project
What better keepsake than sending 15 hand painted postcards of the 16 weeks you spent abroad halfway across the world to your favorite twin

The scrapbook journal
The result?
Turns out scrapbooking is a lot easier and cheaper than expected. As long as you save all of your ticket stubs, postcards, bags, napkins, business cards, and other miscellaneous stolen items than you're good! And it pays off.
